A YYJ best quality old mine Burmese jadeite bangle bracelet. Size is 55 mm inside diameter, 13.5 mm wide. The first photo taken in natural daylight captures the "glow" quality, moderate translucence throughout. Soft green with a "cloud" of white. Green jade is related to liver meridian, the root of life, health and wellness body, mind and spirit. The white "cloud" color is related to lung meridian, compassion, dealing with loss of grief, and spirituality. The combination is pure bliss! Very well polished, silky smooth and icy cold to the touch. High "chime" indicates fine grain of the jadeite stone. This jade bangle is rare to find these days, as it is "old mine", and will increase with value.

Purchased during YYJ shopping trip in China near the Burma Border in 2002, directly from the jade carver. This jade is made for Chinese and Asian women, not for export. I could see the quality of jadeite stone in the work area to know it is genuine and natural grade A Burmese jadeite.
